1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing, installing or using Shein Images Downloader (the “Extension,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Description of the Service

Shein Images Downloader is a browser extension that can help users:

• Detect images, videos and available variant media on supported Shein product detail pages
• Download individual images or videos
• Group media by product ID and select complete groups
• Save selected media to a named folder or generated ZIP package
• Export product and media details to CSV
• Process a user-provided list of supported product URLs through a bulk workflow

Features and availability may differ between Free and Pro plans and may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activity performed through your account
• Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with media you are permitted to access and use. You must not:

• Download, reproduce, publish, sell or distribute content in violation of copyright, trademark or other rights
• Use the Service to bypass access controls, authentication, paywalls or technical restrictions
• Use excessive automation, abusive request rates or other activity that disrupts Shein, our Service or third parties
• Use the Service for fraud, impersonation, deceptive activity or unlawful commercial practices
• Upload malicious code, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the Extension except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
• Misrepresent the Extension as an official Shein product

5. Product Media, Copyright and Permissions

Shein product images, videos, product names, trademarks and other page content belong to their respective owners. The Service does not grant you ownership of or a license to third-party content. You are solely responsible for determining whether you have permission or another lawful basis to download, reproduce, modify, publish or otherwise use media obtained through the Service.

The Extension is intended for legitimate uses such as personal reference, permitted catalog organization, research and authorized media-management workflows. Availability of a file on a public product page does not automatically mean it may be reused for every purpose.

6. Shein Terms and Page Access

You are responsible for complying with Shein's applicable terms, policies and technical restrictions. The Extension can process only media made available to your browser on supported product pages. Product data and media availability may vary by region, account, product and changes made by Shein.

7. Free and Pro Features

The Service may offer both free and paid functionality:

• Free may include individual medium-quality image or video downloads and other features shown in the Extension
• Pro may include best-available quality, group selection, batch folder or ZIP downloads, CSV export and multi-product URL processing
• Original-quality media is used only when available; the Extension may fall back to another available quality
• Current plan features, prices, billing periods and promotions are shown in the Extension or during checkout
• We may modify plan packaging prospectively while honoring applicable consumer and contractual obligations

8. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes
• Recurring plans renew according to the billing period and terms shown at checkout unless cancelled
• You may cancel through the Pro tab when available or by contacting support from your account email
• After cancellation, paid access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period
• Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the policy disclosed by the relevant payment provider or checkout page
• Failed or overdue payments may result in temporary suspension of Pro features

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Paddle or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

9. Downloads and Generated Files

• You choose which media and reports to download.
• You are responsible for reviewing file names, CSV contents and selected media before use.
• CSV local-path values are based on the selection and naming options at export time and do not guarantee that every referenced file was successfully downloaded.
• Large or numerous media files may consume significant memory, bandwidth, disk space and processing time.
• Network errors, inaccessible URLs, browser restrictions or page changes may cause some files to fail or be skipped.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Service processes product-page information, generated downloads, account information, settings and subscription data. By using the Service, you acknowledge those data practices.

11. Our Intellectual Property

The Extension, website, original design, code, branding and documentation are owned by echobot.dev or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service as provided. They do not transfer ownership of our technology or branding.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on browser APIs, Shein websites and media delivery, hosting infrastructure, payment providers and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or conduct.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Operation depends on browser APIs, network access and the structure and availability of Shein product pages. We do not guarantee that every page, variant, image or video will remain detectable or downloadable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, permanent or error free.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. In particular:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of detected product information
• We do not guarantee that original or high-quality media is available for every product
• We do not guarantee that every download, ZIP or CSV generation will complete successfully
• We do not provide legal advice about copyright, trademark, fair use or platform compliance

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, echobot.dev and its contributors, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill or use, arising from or related to the Service, downloaded content or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless echobot.dev from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created security or legal risk, or failed to pay required subscription charges. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or business operations. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

19. General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with operating or transferring the Service. These Terms and referenced policies form the agreement concerning your use of the Service, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
